Welcome to 21Better - Season One.
The new year is here. And with it comes the perfect moment to reset, realign and build the habits that will shape the version of you that 2026 needs. Everyone talks about “new year, new me”.
But what does it actually take to become better?
Science says it takes 21 days to establish new habits - the kind of habits that create consistency, clarity and real progress. The kind that move you forward, day by day, until you become someone you’re proud of.
That’s what 21Better is about.
A 21-day habit challenge designed to kickstart your year, strengthen your routines and help you show up as the best version of yourself - together with the Kitsu Community.
This challenge is for everyone who wants more: More energy. More focus. More discipline. More life. Whether you’re an athlete, creative, student, entrepreneur or simply someone who knows they’re capable of more - this is your invitation.
For 21 days, you’ll follow a set of simple but powerful daily habits.You’ll document your progress, share your journey and become part of a movement built around consistency and better choices.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about proof to yourself - that you can do better, feel better, live better.

Your 21Better Daily Rules
1 - Start your day hydrated
Hydrate first thing in the morning. Water + a pinch of salt + lemon/lime (optional, but optimal). Set the tone for energy, focus and clarity.
2 - Wake up your body
Begin the day with intentional movement: A short walk, stretching, push-ups - anything that wakes up your body.
3 - Follow a healthy diet
Aim for 80/20 balance, high protein, minimal sugar, and no alcohol. Fuel your body to feel and perform better.
4 - Complete 30min of movement
Daily movement is non-negotiable: workout, running, yoga, pilates, cycling - whatever works for you. Consistency matters more than intensity.
5 - Spend 5 minutes in silence
Silence, reading, journaling or breathwork. Disconnect from noise. Reconnect with yourself.
6 - Commit to a sleep routine
Prioritize 6–8 hours of sleep, no phone in bed, and a simple wind-down routine. (Optimal: magnesium as part of your night ritual.)
7 - Document your progress
Track your progress every day in a way that feels natural to you - journal, a story, a post, a reel, or our Scorecard templates. To participate in the rewards & giveaway, make sure your profile is public and tag @drinkkitsu & @join21better
8 - If you miss a day, start over
Consistency is the challenge. If you skip a rule or fail to document your progress, reset to Day One and keep going. Simple. Impactful. Repeat for 21 days.
How to Join the Challenge
Step 1 - Save your Scorecard

Step 2 - Follow the daily rules
Complete all habits every day for 21 days.
You must complete 21 days in a row between January 5th and February 20th 2026.
Step 3 - Share your progress publically
Post your Scorecard or share your progress in your style in your Instagram Story/posts. Tag @drinkkitsu & @join21better
Important: Your Instagram account must be public during the challenge.
Step 4 - Finish strong
The challenge runs from January 5 - February 20, 2026. You must complete all 21 days in this timespan to qualify for rewards. Everyone can join - anytime, anywhere.
