Kitsu CORE
A high-energy, full-body outdoor session to build strength, improve conditioning and connect with the community – designed for all fitness levels.

Not necessarily – most of our sessions are open for drop-in if not stated otherwise. If you want to support us, you can book via Urban Sports Club, ClassPass or Wellpass.
What kind of workouts can I expect?

We currently offer two formats:
– Kitsu CORE (Saturday, 11:00): Full-body strength & conditioning.
– Kitsu RISE (Monday, 06:45): 7.5k, conversational pace.

Most sessions happen outdoors in central Cologne. Locations are listed in the session info.
How long do the workouts last?

CORE: 60 minutes.
RISE: ~45–60 minutes depending on the run format.
What should I bring?
What should I bring?
Comfortable sportswear, water, and a good mood.
For CORE: a yoga mat or towel.
For RISE runs: travel light – no bag drop.

Absolutely! All fitness levels are welcome. You can always scale exercises or adjust your pace.
